Creative Lighting Effects

Bringing the outdoors inside a marquee is made possible by the range of LED curtains and nets. When connected together you can reproduce a starry sky within the confines of a marquee simply by arranging the lights strategically on the ceiling. If you're looking for something more than a standard static light, many of the LED net lights also have a 'chasing light' capability, which creates a shimmering look that is sure to dazzle and delight guests.

LED light curtains are an ideal way to add a splash of light and colour to an otherwise non-descript area of the marquee. Draping down from the ceiling the curtains of light create a glow that bathes the surrounding area in mesmerising colour. Available in a variety of colours, styles and sizes you can enjoy creating a look to suit the atmosphere of your event.

Flexible Lighting Options

For something a little more flexible, light ropes are ideal. These strands of light can be used in a variety of ways, whether it's highlighting certain features or simply running around the marquee to create a colourful border. Using either a rice bulb or an LED, ropes can go from 9 to 90 metres in length, allowing you greater flexibility in how and where to use them. If 90 meters still isn't enough, connectors will allow you connect more ropes together and produce a truly spectacular lighting display.

Fairy lights and connectible rope strings are similarly useful for adding a spot of colour, particularly during the festive season. Much like the rope lights they consist of a length of cord with bulbs distributed equally along the length. However unlike ropes they aren't encased in a protective plastic cover, which means that they have even greater flexibility. This allows them to wrap around slender objects like plants or furniture.

Outdoor Safety Considerations

At any event safety is of utmost importance, this is nevermore so than when there are large numbers of people in a confined area. Marquees are ordinarily a temporary structure, which can often be left exposed to the elements, externally at least. Therefore ensuring that all wiring and electronics are connected correctly is essential to safety. Our outdoor lights are specifically designed to withstand inclement weather.
