Rechargeable Batteries
Of course battery operated devices, including our range of LED lights, have the added environmental risk that comes with using a disposable non-biodegradable battery. However, all of our battery operated LED lighting products accept rechargeable batteries, to lessen this effect. Therefore when using a rechargeable battery you can simply charge them up when they run out of juice, rather than having to discard them immediately. This is also a very effective way of lowering costs if you are planning to use the lights for a significant amount of time.
Low Energy Requirements
Our battery operated LED lights require a very minimal amount of energy, allowing batteries to last longer and of course making them safer and more efficient. Typically they will only require between a 3 and 4.5 volt charge and consume 3 or 4 watts of energy.
