We do not personally store your credit card details, but the details are temporarily and securely transferred via an encrypted network to the bank for authorisation and payment. Rest assured, no one has access to your credit card details through an online transaction.
We aim to have all items in stock for immediate shipment. If however an item is out of stock but we're expecting further deliveries, you can still place an order on back order.
Where possible we will display the estimated delivery time for the item. Please bear in mind that unexpected delays are possible, but we will always let you know if we can't fulfil your order.
To place a back order simply add an item to your basket and check out in the normal way.
