Ordering on line is safe and secure. This website has a very high level of security. Keep adding items to your 'basket' until you are ready to proceed. Add your home delivery details before finalising the order - and then press 'Send Order' If all the items you have requested are in stock, then you will be asked to select an order date and your goods will be delivered to you on that date. If any items are 'awaiting stock’, then our sales office will contact you (either by phone or email) to advise you of the delivery date.

You are not charged for the goods until we dispatch them.

NO - we keep our costs down and pass on savings to our customers by not having all the expense of producing a brochure. All our products are listed on our web site which also carries any special deals or offers?

No - most of our products are professional quality and therefore designed with either fuse preservation circuits or long life none replaceable bulbs. We do have a small range of indoor fairy lights that use standard bulbs. Replacement bulbs for these can be bought at most garden centers or D.I.Y. shops prior to Christmas.

Yes we can - but some of the quoted delivery charges are very expensive - often due to the size and weight of the products.

Generally it is not possible. We deliver 99% of all orders within 3 working days. We can sometimes deliver next day if the order is picked early in a morning. Our carriers, City Link- do make an extra charge for next day delivery. (Normally £10 for UK mainland) Please call for details.

Free UK mainland delivery is offered on every order where the order value excess £200

IP44 rating is the outdoor standard of light – this means the light can be put up outdoors and left out in all weathers.

Rubber cables are safe, totally waterproof and give the lights a high quality standard.

Both are professional products. The LED's costs almost twice as much per metre than the PLR’s but are cheaper to run. (See our SAVE MONEY article) .Our Rice bulb range is very flexible, robust and offers a bright warm white light - where as the LED's are a more neon intense light ? They both look wonderful - it simply depends on what effect you are trying to create?

Fuse bulb system is where if on bulb fails on a light set the rest remain lit – This is a key selling point as if your lights are high you don’t have to get them down to change bulbs.

When choosing accessories the rule remember is that you can only connect LED to LED products and Rice bulb to Rice bulb products.

Why don't you try our professional range of connectable lights? This means you can illuminate larger items by connecting several sets of lights together, thereby only needing one plug and providing limitless possibilities. We offer specially made extension cables, and T connectors to make the range even more flexible.

Our professional range of string lights are made of high quality rubber cable and have long-life lamps with special protective caps. This means that they are extremely strong and are ideal for year-long usage. If you decide to leave them in trees all year round - please be very careful when pruning the trees not to damage the cables.

In our professional range we sell blank connectable lead cables to extend your range from the plug to the first bulb. This makes distance almost no object.

Yes - all our products meet the highest quality standards of the European Union and the UK. They are designed for 230-240V which covers most of Europe. They are naturally supplied with a UK style plug.

No I am sorry. We get so many enquiries from the States- but I am very sorry the USA is on a totally different voltage from the UK. These products are designed to run on 230-240v.

Yes. The plug supplied or purchased is a quality molded outdoor plug. Please make sure you are using a proper outdoor socket that is shielded form the weather.
