Returns


Unwanted Goods

We offer a simple 14 Day Money Back Guarantee. If any item is not what you required then just notify us by email/ post or call 0800 0612 532 (stating reason for return) and return it to us in good condition, in the original packaging, within 14 days of receipt.

We will then issue you with either a refund or allow you to exchange the item for something else instead. When refunding the customer, postage costs on the original order are not refunded. Please note we cannot issue refunds or credits where the products have been returned back in poor condition or where the packaging is damaged.

It is advisable to return items via recorded delivery for your own proof of delivery. This postage cost is not reimbursed.

Damaged/faulty goods

Please check your goods on delivery. If items do arrive damaged/faulty please let us know within 3 days either by phone (0800 0612 532) or via email. Please leave a mobile telephone number on which we can call you.

We will then contact you personally and make arrangements to replace the faulty products as soon as possible, or issue you with a full credit.

We will need your Name and Address, Original invoice, and for a refund the details of the card you used to make the purchase. (We do not store your card details on our database for your security). Please keep the product safe in the original packaging.
