DPD Next Day Delivery

You can place your order online 24 hours a day or call our Sales Team on 01423 816040 during normal office hours. Our friendly, knowledgable and enthusiastic staff will be happy to help with any information you require about our products.

Tracking Your Order

All our next day deliveries are undertaken by DPD logistics and the charges are set out below. When your goods are dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link to the DPD website to check on progress if required. Simply click on this link and it will automatically check the progress of your order.

If you wish to track your order without the email confirmation, please logon to www.dpd.co.uk and then click ‘E Shipping’, and then ‘Tracking’. Go to ‘Track your parcel’ and enter your postcode and order number.

It is unlikely you will need to track your deliveries as we currently despatch 99% of all parcels the next day. If you are having any delivery problems you cannot easily resolve, please call us on 01423 816040, we are always happy to help.

Delivery Text Message Service Available

New Lights4fun – Delivery Text Message Reminder

Take advantage of our new delivery text message service. When you input your mobile phone number on your order, you will benefit from a text message reminding you when your delivery is due. If you wish to keep the delivery day – do nothing, just ignore the text. If you wish to modify the delivery day, you can text back as requested and then you will receive a confirmation text that your delivery date has been changed.


What if I am not in on the delivery day?

A signature will be required on delivery. If you are unable to receive the goods our drivers will try a neighbour and leave you a contact card to rearrange delivery. The goods will be held at a local depot. If you are not available at the second chosen delivery date, the goods will be returned to our warehouse. We will make a charge for a third delivery attempt.

Can I have the goods delivered elsewhere?

Yes of course. You can select an alternative UK mainland delivery address via the online order form or if you change your mind after ordering, please call the lights4fun sales team on 01423 816040 before 3pm on the day prior to delivery.

Delivery Charges

Small Items & Small Orders (UK)

Postal delivery £2.99 per order

When you buy only LED tea lights or LED battery lights valued at less than 6 items our website is programmed to give you the cheapest delivery alternative (currently Royal Mail post). Your chosen items will always be dispatched to you on the next working day.

If ordering by Royal Mail, delivery can take 1-4 days depending on season and delivery location.

Delivery to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) is possible on smaller items.

UK Mainland Next Day Delivery*

£5.95 per order

England, Wales and central Scotland – excluding the Scottish Highlands & Isles, Northern Ireland and Channel Isles

You can benefit from our excellent next working day delivery service, on all orders taken up to 4pm on the previous day.

Delivery is via DPD Logistics and is normally undertaken between 9am and 5pm. (Delivery times during the Christmas period is between 8.30am and 8pm). A signature will be required. If you are unable to receive the goods our drivers will try a neighbour and leave you a contact card.

*Excludes: UK Highlands, Islands, Remote Areas and Republic of Ireland, please see the list.

Delivery to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) is not available using this service.

Pre 10am (Mon- Friday) and Saturday delivery is available at a premium charge of £15.00 Please call our customer service team for this special delivery on 01423 816040.

On orders of £200 or more

Available to all mainland UK addresses for orders valued at £200 or more. (England, Wales and central Scotland – excluding the Scottish Highlands & Isles, Northern Ireland and Channel Isles)

If you spend £200 or more then delivery to UK mainland addresses usually charged at £5.95 is free. If you are ordering outside UK mainland then the delivery charge is your related zone charge (see below) minus the standard £5.95 UK mainland charge. For example: Euro Zone 1 (£9.95) for orders over £200 is only £4.00.
