We do not produce a traditional brochure. This helps us to keep our costs down and pass on savings to our customers. All our products are listed on our web site which also carries any special deals or offers and our current stock situation.

We do not sell replacement bulbs as most of our products are professional quality and are therefore designed with either fuse preservation circuits or long life non-replaceable bulbs. We do have a small range of indoor fairy lights that use standard bulbs. Replacement bulbs for these can be bought at most garden centers or D.I.Y. shops prior to Christmas.

Yes we can – on any order taken Mon-Thurs before 3pm. This applies to UK Mainland excluding Scottish Highlands and Isles.

Lights4fun uses the latest Secure Server Technology (SSL – 128bit encryption) to ensure that all of your personal and transactional information is protected to the highest standards. We do not personally store your credit card details but its details are temporarily and securely transferred via an encrypted network to the bank for authorisation and payment. Rest assured no one has access to your credit card details through your online transaction. To increase the safety of your shopping experience with Lights4fun, we constantly monitor our site activity. Our website is also 'Hackersafe' protected and tested every day. IP44 rating is the outdoor standard of light – this means the light can be put up outdoors and left out in all weathers.
Rubber cables are safe, totally weatherproof and designed to withstand the worst of the British weather.
LED’s used to be very expensive – but now are only slightly more that our traditional rice bulbs. LED fairy lights are environmentally friendly and will save you up to 90% on energy costs. They’ll last up to ten times as long as traditional fairy lights. Rice bulbs (traditional bulbs) tend to get hot, so are not advisable for use around fabrics and soft furnishings. LED bulbs stay cool to the touch. Simple.

If one bulb fails the rest will remain lit.
When choosing accessories, remember that you can only connect LEDs to LED products and rice bulbs to rice bulb products. All our lights are segregated in 'Connection Types'. You can only connect matching types together A to A, C to C etc… If you have any doubts please call us on 01423 857888, we are always happy to help.
Why don't you try our professional range of connectable lights? This means you can illuminate larger items by connecting several sets of lights together, thereby only needing one plug and providing limitless possibilities. We offer specially made extension cables, and T connectors to make the range even more flexible.
Our professional range of string lights are made of high quality rubber cable and have long-life lamps with special protective caps. This means that they are extremely strong and are ideal for year-long usage. If you decide to leave them in trees all year round - please be very careful when pruning the trees not to damage the cables.
In our professional range we sell blank connectable lead cables to extend your range from the plug to the first bulb. This makes distance almost no object.
Yes - all our products meet the highest quality standards of the European Union and the UK. They are designed for 230-240V which covers most of Europe. They are naturally supplied with a UK style plug, but we have European plugs available please call us on +44 (0)1423 857888 we are always happy to help you with any enquiry.
No, sorry. We get so many enquiries from the States - but the USA is on a totally different voltage from the UK. Our products are designed to run on 230-240v. USA customers can purchase any of our battery LED products and we’ll be happy to provide you with a shipping quote. Yes. The plug supplied or purchased is a quality molded outdoor plug. Please make sure you are using a proper outdoor socket that is shielded form the weather.
