Harroagte Council choose Lights4fun's Low Voltage LED's for their 2007 Christmas displays.

Lights4fun Ltd are delighted to have been selected by Harrogate Borough Council to supply their new low voltage LED connectable lighting system for the 2007 indoor and outdoor Christmas displays.

Harrogate wanted a system that was safe, easy to use, connectable, low on energy costs and maintenance free.  They will use our low voltage connectable system on trees where up to 8 sets can be connected from just one outdoor rated transformer. 

Harrogate is famous for its Stray – a beautiful parkland surrounding the town. The trees on the stray are illuminated for six months of the year from October to March. Energy efficiency is therefore a key factor. LED fairy lights will save the council thousands of £’s on energy spend, compared to previous years.  Lights4fun LED bulbs are up to 90% more efficient than traditional fairy lights and will last up to 100,000 hours (that’s over 11 years of constant use!)

If you visit Harrogate, look out for our new 2007 LED colours- Yellow , Purple and Blue / White alternate bulbs - they are in the trees on the Leeds road.
