I placed my order with you on Saturday, having briefly spoken with one of your reps regarding the use of a voucher from the Groupon site.  The lady I spoke to was very friendly and tolerant of a dim-witted customer who hadn’t spotted the “Click here to use voucher” button. You’ve kept me informed on the order process, updated me on expected delivery dates and then sent me a text this morning telling me to expect delivery between 09:48 and 10:48 (Monday morning).  The package arrived at 10:00!Have a great Christmas and New Year and I wish your company every success because you truly deserve it. Dealing with Lights4fun was a pleasure from start to finish! I placed my order at 3.50pm Monday and it arrived at 12.58 the following day - outstanding service! As promised, I received an email the next morning giving me a one hour delivery slot and to track my order - my lights arrived 4 minutes into that time. I can't remember when I last had such a convenient and hassle-free delivery. To be given an hour slot is unheard of unless you pay extra and that is usually just for am/pm. Not only was delivery prompt but your staff were also very friendly and helpful each time I phoned for advice. The lights themselves look lovely, are very bright and of good quality. I haven't used them yet as they are for my daughter's birthday party next weekend, but I'm sure they will look fantastic! I will definitely use your company again and recommend you to friends and family. Many companies could learn a thing or two from you. Thank you for a pleasant online shopping experience.

Some months ago, I purchased a couple of strings of fairy lights from your company through amazon.co.uk. When asked for feedback, I mentioned that I thought that one set of the lights were faulty but I hadn't bothered to contact you about it as they hadn't cost very much and I'd recently moved house so had rather a lot on my plate.  

However, you must have read the feedback and have since replaced the lights without me even asking. Firstly, I'm impressed with your customer services, secondly, this email is to say thank you for such service and thirdly, you could teach both British Telecom and Citroen such a lot about how to treat customers ... but you won't want to get me started on that one!  

Seriously though, I'm really grateful for your gesture. In a world where the customer only seems to matter as they're buying a product, it's so nice to know that some companies value them once the purchase has been made, however small.

I just wanted to drop you a quick email to say that I've actually placed two orders with you and each time, the
service has been great. 

The email acknowledgement and status of delivery is brilliant; the actual time slot the order will be delivered
(and it was on time) right through to a picture of the van that will be delivering it. That is pretty impressive.

The only thing I'd say is that on my second order there was a bit of a hold up because I ordered the lights but no
transformer. The good thing is that you spotted it and contacted me to let me know! Good call.
I'd only say, throw the transformer in with the bundle. E.g. at additional cost and if the customer doesn’t want
it then they can take it off. I know it inflates the price but makes more sense than letting dopey people like
me order the lights with no transformer!

Hi, I purchased 180m of connectable string lights from yourselves and put them up in a friends tree for a party, they now want me to do it again but with more lights which is easy to do and very convenient using your lights. Lights4fun have provided me with excellent service that is second to none.  In particular I ordered two sets of Solar Powered Fairy Lights one of which had a faulty on/off button.  Although this order was prior to Christmas the faulty set were not opened until 17 April which is when I emailed Lights4fun.  The problem was resolved to my complete satisfaction by 21 April when a replacement set of lights were delivered to me. I just wanted to write to notify you of the brilliant service i have received from you. I ordered some fairy lights through your website, on Thursday 28th January in the evening well after office hours, and it notified me of a delivery date for Monday 1st Feb. This morning i received a text message advising me that the delivery would be made between 13.03 and 14.03, the email you sent me also allowed me to check the status and whereabouts of the item due to be delivered. The delivery was made to me at 14.06! Excellent, there are not many companies who give you a specific time of delivery, and i found your service very beneficial to me.

I work in the public sector and know how easy it is for people to complain when bad service has been given, yet people never seem to comment when good service has been given / received this is why i am emailing you.

I sent for one of your offers which arrived the next day, on discovering I had NOT allowed for cable to get from the socket to the tree which was to wear the lights I received, I then put in another order at just gone three.
