These lights were delivered yesterday. Your delivery company DPD were amazing, they delivered well within the hour time slot emailed to me the night before. I am waiting for several packages to be delivered from other companies but none of them can give me the detailed time slot that DPD gave.

Hi, I purchased 180m of connectable string lights from yourselves and put them up in a friends tree for a party, they now want me to do it again but with more lights which is easy to do and very convenient using your lights. Hopefully this will be the first of many as I start my new business of lighting trees for weddings and events, hope the photo is ok more to come soon with the added 100m which i bought today and will be here tomorrow unbelievable !! Lights4fun have provided me with excellent service that is second to none.  In particular I ordered two sets of Solar Powered Fairy Lights one of which had a faulty on/off button.  Although this order was prior to Christmas the faulty set were not opened until 17 April which is when I emailed Lights4fun.  The problem was resolved to my complete satisfaction by 21 April when a replacement set of lights were delivered to me. Both the response and the service have been amazing, thank you Lights4fun - I will recommend you.

I just wanted to inform you of the excellent service I have received from one of your staff members.  I purchased a product which turned out to be faulty and when I telephoned to report this, the staff member who I spoke was courteous, efficent and within a relatively short period of time resolved the problem to which the next day, I was in possession of a replacement product.  Equally as important was that the staff member sounded sincere and genuinely concerned about resolving the problem.  I have worked in the service industry for many years and recognise good service when I receive it. I just wanted to write to notify you of the brilliant service i have received from you. I ordered some fairy lights through your website, on Thursday 28th January in the evening well after office hours, and it notified me of a delivery date for Monday 1st Feb. This morning i received a text message advising me that the delivery would be made between 13.03 and 14.03, the email you sent me also allowed me to check the status and whereabouts of the item due to be delivered. The delivery was made to me at 14.06! Excellent, there are not many companies who give you a specific time of delivery, and i found your service very beneficial to me.

I work in the public sector and know how easy it is for people to complain when bad service has been given, yet people never seem to comment when good service has been given / received this is why i am emailing you.
I shall definately be using lights4fun again in the future.

My goodness your firm certainly does what it says it will. Thank you. I sent for one of your offers which arrived the next day, on discovering I had NOT allowed for cable to get from the socket to the tree which was to wear the lights I received, I then put in another order at just gone three. I did not hold any hope of receiving them the next day, but no, I shouldn’t have doubted you. They arrived safe and sound today. The only thing that has let me down is the weather, which has been so poor, my son refused to get up into the tree for me. What can I say? After looking round various DIY shops and garden centres for what I wanted I looked to the internet. The lights4fun site is easy to use and full of helpfull tips. I bought some 'warm white' lights for my bedroom in hope that they would not look tacky and super bright, and they are perfect!
