How can I track my order?

We offer a couple of ways to track your order. Simply click on the link contained in your dispatch email or alternatively, you can copy the tracking number provided and input this in your chosen courier's tracking page if you prefer.  Please find the links below:

I’ve not received my parcel

If your parcel has not arrived withing delivery timescale please allow a further 48 hours as this can occur during busy periods. Please get back in touch if there has been no further update on tracking after this additional time slot.

My parcel has been returned to sender

We’re sorry to hear your parcel has been marked return to sender, this can sometimes happen for a variety of reasons, for example, if it has been damaged in transit. Please get in touch with us here advising the order number and we can arrange for a replacement order to be sent out for you.

My parcel says delivered but I haven’t received it

Please check around your property and with your neighbours in case the parcel has been delivered there or taken in for safe keeping. If you are unable to locate the parcel in the first instance, contact the chosen courier to check where the courier may have delivered the parcel to using the Tracking link on your delivery email. If the parcel is not located, please get in touch with us to advise and once the legal denial of receipt is completed, we will dispatch a replacement.

My parcel has been delayed

Occasionally during busy times, your courier may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances; this should be communicated to you via the tracking pages. If you have not had an update for 48 hours on your parcel, please get in touch with us and we can request a recall and a replacement to be sent out for you.
