We as a company, want to reassure all our customers both past and future, that all orders have not been affected. We are still open and delivering orders as per usual. Should this change, we will keep you updated on how we are managing the situation with regular updates & information on this page and email.

We are still open and delivering orders.  We are experiencing some delivery delays, if your order is in any way affected, we will get in touch with you via email. Given the current circumstances, we also think it is the right thing to do to extend our returns period to 60 days. This will give you a bit more time if you need to for any reason return anything back to us.

We are currently experiencing extremely high volumes of enquiries and our Customer Experience team are working very hard to get through them as quickly as possible. Please be assured that we will respond to all emails, it may just take us a little longer than usual. To prevent any further delays with your enquiry, we ask that if you have already sent an email, there is no need to send another one.
