Trade Sales Advisor

Lights4fun, Europe's leading online decorative lighting
retailer, is seeking a Trade Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. Since our
establishment in 2003, we have experienced remarkable growth, serving over 15
million customers worldwide and generating a turnover exceeding £34m. Our
dedication to providing exceptional products and customer service has made us a
trusted brand in the industry. As a Trade Sales Advisor, you will play a vital
role in driving our business forward by converting leads, generating new
business opportunities, and building strong relationships with our trade
customers. This is a temporary position with the potential to move full
time if successful.

Key Responsibilities

Converting leads and generating new business opportunities:
You will actively engage with potential customers, identify their needs, and
promote our products and services to convert leads into sales.

 

Analysing business customers: By analysing previous purchase
behaviours and trends, you will categorize business customers into different
trade groups, enabling targeted marketing and personalized service.

 

Demonstrating excellent customer service: You will exhibit
exceptional customer service skills and build strong relationships with trade
customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.

 

Educating customers on products: You will stay updated on
our product offerings and proactively educate customers about new and existing
products, aiming to upsell and increase sales.

 

Building rapport with trade accounts: By establishing
rapport and maintaining strong relationships with trade accounts, you will
enhance brand loyalty and encourage repeat business.

 

Conducting outreach activities: You will actively approach
businesses through outbound calls, emails, and other forms of outreach to
expand our customer base and create new sales opportunities.

 

Meeting set KPI targets: You will work towards achieving key
performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales targets, customer satisfaction,
and other relevant metrics.

Other requirements: You will be flexible and adaptable,
willing to undertake any other responsibilities necessary to contribute to the
success of the trade sales team and Lights4fun as a whole.

 

Required

Proven Sales experience via email/phone

Accurate typing skills

 

Computer Literate – Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Word

 

Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
