Contract: 3-month seasonal role

The festive season is our busiest (and brightest!) time of year and we’re looking for enthusiastic Customer Experience Advisors to join our team and help us spread some extra sparkle this Christmas.

At Lights4fun, our Customer Experience Team is passionate about making every interaction magical. From helping customers find their perfect lights to solving little festive hiccups, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service during the most wonderful time of the year.

This role is perfect if you’re:

• Hardworking, positive and a real team player

• Confident working in a fast-paced environment

• Customer-focused, detail-driven and always ready to go the extra mile

• Experienced in customer service (though full training will be provided!)

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering exceptional customer support via phone, email, live chat, reviews and social channels. All managed through our customer support platform, Gorgias and web platform, Shopify

• Supporting customers before and after their purchases – from placing orders to aftersales care

• Handling complaints with empathy and escalating where needed

• Acting as a true Lights4fun ambassador, sharing our brand values at every touchpoint

• Processing orders, updating details, arranging returns and upselling when the opportunity arises

• Pitching in with ad-hoc tasks to support the wider team

What we’re looking for:

• Previous customer service experience (email/phone/live chat)

• Strong written & verbal communication skills

• Confident with Excel, Outlook, Word

• Accurate typing and attention to detail

• Flexible approach and willingness to work weekends on a rota basis in November and December

• It’s even better if you speak French, German, Italian or Spanish – bring your language skills and help us spread joy across Europe
