30 Day Returns

Lights4fun offer a 30 day return on all products purchased on our website. Should you wish to return your order to us, please
follow the link HERE.

  • Return postage will be at your own cost.
  • All returned products must be unmarked and undamaged in the original packaging with order details included.
  • We are unable to exchange items.
  • Please ensure you retain the proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
  • Products purchased as a set can only be returned as a complete set and not individual items.
  • We aim to process the refund within 14 days of receipt back to our warehouse.

We take huge pride in the quality of our products, so hope you will love them as much as we do. However, in the unlikely event your product develops a fault, it is covered under our 2-year warranty. Please get in touch HERE.

To help us make the warranty claim process as quick and as easy as possible, please include a full description of the fault along with an image / video of the issue and the batch number which can be found on the label.

Please note, the warranty only covers manufacturing faults and does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use and failure due to weather influences.
